Arizona Postdoctoral Research Conference: Submit your Abstracts now!

July 22, 2021

This third annual Arizona Postdoctoral Research Conference will be held in person this year on September 24 in Phoenix, AZ. The theme of the conference is “Potential for all research to promote equity and inclusion,” and it will feature a keynote lecture from Dr. Michael Johnson, UArizona Professor.  The conference will include oral research presentations and a poster session.  Postdocs from any Arizona research institution are encouraged to submit an abstract.  The conference is a competitive, peer-reviewed research symposium.

Opportunity for Postdocs to Join the UA Faculty Senate

Since 2017, the UArizona Faculty Senate has invited postdocs to be on standing committees. There are currently three committee openings for postdocs to serve on the (a) Academic Personnel Policy Committee, (b) Student Affairs Policy Committee, and (c) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
