Qualified Tuition Reduction: The Arizona Board of Regents provides a Qualified Tuition Reduction (QTR) program that enables eligible individuals to enroll in courses of study at a reduced tuition rate. The QTR Program is reciprocal among the three state universities. The University provides the Domestic Partner Tuition Program (DPTP), which allows domestic partners of eligible employees/retirees and their dependent children to receive reduced tuition at the University of Arizona only.
