Preparing a Teaching Demo for a Job Interview (External Event)

This event is held by the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL).

As part of a faculty job interview, you may be asked to give a teaching demonstration. This interactive workshop will help you approach your demo with confidence, adaptability, and preparation. The workshop will discuss audience considerations, content choices, logistics, and teaching interactions, as well as strategies for handling unexpected challenges. Participants will leave with practical tools to plan, adapt, and deliver an effective teaching demo.
