RCR Workshop: Animal Research: Ethical & Regulatory Considerations (Campus Partner Event)

This event is held by the Research Development Services (RDS).

This Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) workshop provides an overview of the ethical considerations and regulatory framework involved in research with animal subjects. Participants will gain an understanding of the history of animal research and the federal regulations surrounding the use of animal subjects. In addition, the course will explain the role of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and it's responsibilities.
