Struggling to explain your skills in interviews or professional conversations? Showcase your skills with structured stories and interview confidence. Articulating Your Value is an interactive workshop designed to help graduate students and postdoctoral scholars confidently identify their skills, support them with evidence, and communicate them clearly to employers. Using the CART (Challenge–Action–Result–Takeaway) framework, participants will practice turning real academic and professional experiences into compelling, role-relevant stories they can reuse in interviews, networking, and beyond.
