The Arizona State Museum, founded in 1893, was originally a repository for the collection and protection of archaeological resources. The ASM stores artifacts, exhibits them and provides education and research opportunities.

Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium. A mineral collection, laser-light shows & interactive exhibits star at this astronomy museum.

The Center for Creative Photography, University of Arizona, is recognized as one of the world's finest academic art museums and study centers for the history of photography.

Campus Arboretum. Learn from an experienced Master Gardener about the many ways trees support our world and enrich our lives.

Poetry Center. The Poetry Center is a leading literary institution and a living archive of poetry... the Poetry Center connects the University of Arizona with the greater literary community in Tucson and beyond. 

Gem & Mineral Museum (in Flandrau). The University of Arizona Gem & Mineral Museum is dedicated to providing public education and the preservation of minerals and meteorites while also serving the research needs of professionals, students and collectors.

Biosphere 2. Come tour one of the world's most unique facilities dedicated to the research and understanding of global scientific issues. 

Mirror Lab. At the University of Arizona's Richard F. Caris Mirror Laboratory, a team of scientists and engineers are making giant, lightweight mirrors of unprecedented power for a new generation of optical telescopes.

Museum of Optics. The College of Optical Sciences is proud to offer access to its collection of antique and historic telescopes, microscopes, lenses and cameras. 

Kitt Peak National Observatory. Kitt Peak National Observatory (KPNO), part of the National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO), supports the most diverse collection of astronomical observatories on Earth for nighttime optical and infrared astronomy and daytime study of the Sun.

University of Arizona Museum of Art. Free docent-led tours are available for groups of eight or more. Tours are customized to fit the age and needs of the group.

Tree-Ring Laboratory. In 1937, the scientific study of tree-rings in America was formalized by the creation of the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research. Take a docent-led tour!

Arizona Repertory Theatre (ART) serves as the public laboratory and showcase of the School’s professional training programs. The performers who constitute the resident actor training company are students from the Bachelor of Fine Arts program in Acting and Musical Theatre.

The Arizona Wildcats participate in the NCAA's, Pacific-12 Conference along with Arizona State, Colorado, UCLA, USC, and Utah. "Fight! Wildcats! Fight!" and "Bear Down, Arizona!"

The University Arts & Museums is home to world-class art and anthropology museums, a professional performing arts presenter and offers outstanding student performances in music, dance and theater.

The University of Arizona Fred Fox School of Music has offered instruction in music since the late 1800's. Today, its School of Music ranks among the country's foremost institutions of higher education in music and presents over 300 concerts and recitals each year.

UApresents is the University's performing arts presenting series, offering more than 50 performances each year, including Broadway musicals; classical, jazz, Latin and popular music performances; and ballet and modern dance.
