University of Arizona Postdoctoral Association (UAPA) is a postdoc-run organization that works in collaboration with Postdoctoral Affairs. The UAPA aims to help connect fellow Postdocs at UA, support their professional development, and engage with the wider university community advocating on their behalf. The UAPA strives to connect postdocs across the university, supports postdoc career development, and represents the interest of postdocs at the University level.

Robert (Rob) Jackson, PhD
School of Animal & Comparative Biomedical Sciences and BIO5 Institute
Rob’s basic science research incorporates three-dimensional human tissue culturing, high-throughput sequencing, and bioinformatics to better understand the interactions between host differentiation and HPV’s life cycle. Rob joined the UAPA Professional Development Committee to help our postdoc community recognize, strengthen, and showcase their skills.
